Who Are We Looking For?
- At least 8 years of experience in sales and 5 years in the airline industry;
- Exposure in airline sales, passenger ticketing and reservations
What’s The Role All About?
- Plan, lead, coordinate (with all concerned functional groups) and execute the business plans and programs of the assigned area/ district within the corporate strategies and parameters with the objective of ensuring achievement of sales, profitability and distribution targets. Establish goodwill with customers and with the community.
Major Responsibility Areas:
- Sales Management: Plan and implement sales and marketing programs, direct and monitor sales performance in order to achieve/exceed sales and revenue targets set for the assigned area
- Marketing, Loyalty & Public Relation: Overall responsibility of PAL brand in respective district at every touch point, expand program membership base, and prepare PR plan/ budget on a yearly basis and monitor expenses to ensure it is within the working budget and is effectively utilized
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Prepare annual operating plans/ budgets, sales forecasts and tactical plans in order to build and grow the assigned territory's business
