About the Role: As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall outlet operations, team leadership, and performance management across multiple Crystal Jade restaurants in Singapore. This pivotal role drives growth, ensures operational excellence, and delivers exceptional customer experiences while meeting key business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple outlets to achieve sales, service, and performance targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of Restaurant Managers to drive revenue, improve EBITDA, and uphold high service and operational standards.
• Manage controllable costs, including outlet overheads and operating expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Develop, mentor, and grow the store managerial team to support career progression and skills enhancement.
• Implement standard operating procedures to optimize workflow and ensure a customer-centric experience.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive promotions, explore new sales opportunities, and strengthen the brand presence.
• Take full ownership of P&L performance and proactively plan for cost control and revenue growth to meet company objectives.
• Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and implement effective training plans.
• Optimize manpower planning and labour deployment to meet service standards within budget.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.
