Who Are We Looking For? (Qualifications)
- At least 8 years of experience in sales and 5 years in the airline industry
- Experience in airline sales, passenger ticketing, and reservations
What’s The Role All About? (Job Description)
- Plan, lead, coordinate with all concerned functional groups, and execute the business plans and programs of the assigned area/district within corporate strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and distribution targets. Establish goodwill with customers and the community.
Major Responsibility Areas:
- Sales Management: Plan and implement sales and marketing programs, direct and monitor sales performance to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets for the assigned area.
- Marketing, Loyalty & Public Relations: Oversee the PAL brand in the respective district at all touchpoints, expand program membership base, and prepare PR plans and budgets annually. Monitor expenses to ensure they stay within budget and are effectively utilized.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Prepare annual operating plans, budgets, sales forecasts, and tactical plans to build and grow the territory's business.
