Purpose:

• The Commissioning Marine Superintendent oversees and coordinates all construction and commissioning activities related to Marine discipline, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring compliance with HSSE, Quality, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all construction and commissioning activities are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedule, in compliance with HSSE & Quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise daily site operations, including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage.
• Lead site inspections, tests, and verifications of systems and equipment.
• Manage and implement changes to plans or scope during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, progress reports, HSSE records, and quality control data.
• Monitor progress against the project timeline and take corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and enforce HSSE protocols and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Manage and mentor construction & commissioning supervisors and team members.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:

• Relevant construction industry experience, with a strong understanding of construction & commissioning processes, and practical leadership skills to ensure smooth site operations.
