Responsibilities

• Lead a Project Team of Consultants, Contractors, Developer in daily-site activities.
• Develop project specific Contract Management Plan.
• Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting.
• Responsible for periodic progress reports.
• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claims.
