Job summary

A construction company is seeking an individual with knowledge in Architectural finishing work for project management duties in Singapore. The role involves technical clearance of drawings, submission of RFIs/RFAs to consultants, document control, site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates must possess good interpersonal skills and effective time management for supervising site activities and resolving issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience in Architectural finishing work
• Technical clearance of drawings
• Submission of RFI/RFA to consultants
• Document control of all drawings and correspondences with project stakeholders
• To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activities
• Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings, liaising with clients and consultants
• Coordination of works and schedules with respective subcontractors
• Prepare site progress reports
• Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and others
• To make pro-active responses on site problems and resolve them immediately with the Project team
• To ensure all aspects of QA and QC matters
• Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
• Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
