• Take charge of relevant authorities' submissions.
• Work in a team and independently as required.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of an established award winning and creative architectural practice.

The Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in an architectural practice with a variety of project experience
• Polytechnic Architectural Diploma or equivalent
• Good up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Planning and Building Regulations
• Good computer AutoCAD and 3D BIM softwares (Revit, Sketchup etc)
• Able to operate independently to prepare drawings for Authority submission, tender and construction purpose by using BIM and conventional AutoCAD softwares
• Able to take charge of relevant authorities’ submission
• Possess a proactive attitude and a team player
