Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience locale dans des projets de construction résidentiels.
• Certificat BCSS indispensable.
• Familiarité avec l'évaluation CONQUAS et les aspects de sécurité dans l'industrie de la construction.

Responsibilities

• Rendre compte au Chef de Projet / Chef de Site pour l'organisation des travaux sur site.
• Surveiller et coordonner les travaux des sous-traitants.
• Assurer la sécurité du site et appliquer des procédures de travail sécurisées pour contrôler les risques.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of local working experience in residential building projects
• BCSS certificate is a must.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
