Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a site coordinator to manage civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include overseeing structural works, liaising with clients and authorities, and ensuring site safety. Candidates should have a diploma in civil engineering and a minimum of three years of experience in residential projects. Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for site work arrangement.
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural/Architectural works.
• Monitor works with subcontractors and address issues on site.
• Coordinate inspection works by Resident Engineer.
• Responsible for planning, programming, and monitoring work progress.
• Liaise with client’s representative and relevant authorities.
• Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures.

• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field
• Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
