Job summary

A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee architectural works and manage subcontractors on residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders and adherence to safety procedures. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Building Architecture and at least one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment.
• Knowledge of safety aspects in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for site work arrangements.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
