• Support various construction skills: commissioning, construction, management, safety, structural work.
• Develop and plan engineering strategies.
• Monitor work progress on paper and on-site.
• Conduct project safety briefings.
• Manage materials ordering and usage.
• Supervise the construction team.
• Enhance company's work quantity and quality.
• Ensure structures are built safely and sturdily.
• Report to the director and project manager.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Perform miscellaneous and ad hoc duties.
