Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural professional to oversee shop drawings, supervise sub-contractors, and ensure compliance with quality standards and Singapore's building regulations. Candidates should have a degree in Building or Architecture, with at least 5 years of experience. This role requires strong project management skills and knowledge of safety regulations. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture.
• Knowledge of BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and generate all architectural works including shop drawings.
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and quality standards.

Skills

Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

Familiarity with Safety aspects in Construction industry

Project scheduling and cost control

Education

Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architectural

• Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for

project

• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors at site

• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspects.

• Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site

• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project

supervision and documentation

• Ensuring adherence to project timeline and quality standards

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s

Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other

Quality Mark Assessment

• Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry
