Job description

· To supervise and monitor the construction of the architectural works in relation to other works on site as required by the Architect / Superintending Officer (SO) / SO Representative.

· To ensure the Contractors’ works / workmanship achieved the desired quality standard.

· To monitor the Contractor’s construction schedules, day works, progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities.

· To ensure proper site documentation is maintained.

· To attend meetings, verify Contractor’s report and claim.

· To conduct pre- and post-completion inspections.
