Qualifications

- Passed the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.

Job Scope :
- Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
- Managing design development of the project
- Execute tender procurement
- On-site construction supervision
- Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC
- Monitor the making good of defects and final certification
Requirement:
- A degree in Architectural, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
- The degree shall be recognised either by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA
- A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services (for intermediate position)
- Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
- Attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” conducted by agencies approved by the Ministry of Manpower.
- The PM shall work with the Architect and the Consultants in the planning, co-ordination, reporting and implementation of the Project.
