Architectural Manager/Senior Archi Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Team Lead of Architectural works.
2. Oversees all aspects of architectural works of construction, from design to construction, ensuring it aligns with project requirements.
3. Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and projects are delivered on time.
4. Ensure all architectural work meets quality standards, industry best practices, safety regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
5. Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving issues.
6. Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
7. Manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the project site.
8. Coordinate, prepare, and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.
9. Attend site inspections conducted by client’s representatives/consultants.
10. Conduct inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.
11. Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
12. Other duties assigned by the PD, PM, and Technical Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Relevant Degree in Architecture.
2. Polytechnic graduate or with relevant trade certificate (Architectural).
3. 5 years of relevant working experience.
4. Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Strong organization and planning skills.
6. Experience in BIM will be an added advantage.
