Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to oversee architectural works, ensure design coordination and maintain quality across building construction projects. You will liaise with architects, consultants, clients and authorities to align designs with regulatory and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of relevant building construction experience.
• Experience with established main contractors in Singapore preferred.
• Strong coordination, site supervision and construction management skills.
• Familiar with architectural drawings, specs, submissions and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all architectural works from design coordination through construction and project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors and authorities on architectural matters.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings and material submissions.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specs.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with project and site teams to resolve issues.
• Manage architectural submissions, approvals and inspections with relevant authorities.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other services disciplines.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues and construction interface problems.
• Ensure timely completion of architectural works in accordance with the project schedule.
