Manages and project controls for Singapore Construction projects.
Managing all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk for projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Liaise with regulatory agencies when required to ensure that projects comply with legal requirements.
Prepare, review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage the consultants, making sure the processes and works are carried out in accordance with authorities’ requirements and guidelines including liaising with relevant authorities for approval and completion certification (where applicable).
Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, meeting the business objectives and design guidelines.
Reporting and presentation skills are required to ensure effective management and decision making.
Requirement
Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
At least 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
