Description:

1. Supervise every aspect of construction architectural projects, from the design phase to the building process, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
2. Create and uphold project timelines, guaranteeing deadlines are adhered to and projects are finished punctually.
3. Verify that all architectural activities fulfill quality benchmarks, industry best practices, safety standards, and other regulatory guidelines.
4. Engage in communication with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders, managing their expectations and addressing any issues that arise.
5. Formulate and oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure completion within financial constraints.
6. Direct and oversee the daily operations at the project site.
7. Coordinate, prepare, and revise architectural and structural 3D BIM models.
8. Participate in site inspections conducted by representatives or consultants from the client’s side.
9. Perform inspections and site walkthroughs to assess the progress and performance of subcontractors.
10. Manage and distribute resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to enhance project efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the construction sectors.
3. Strong project management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. A proactive self-starter with a high degree of initiative and a collaborative mindset.
5. An adaptable individual who excels under pressure and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
