Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a lighting designer with solid leadership in concept and schematic design, plus hands-on supervision of installation and programming for complex commercial, mixed-use or hospitality projects. The role requires a degree in architecture, interior design or related field and a minimum of five years in lighting design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DIALux and MS Office is expected; knowledge of AGi32, Revit or BIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of lighting design experience in commercial, mixed-use or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and DIALux.
• Knowledge of AGi32, Revit or BIM software is an added advantage.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate design ideas through sketches and drawings.
• Confident in coordinating with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Singaporean only apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead design leadership across concept design, schematic design and lighting layout development.
• Coordinate meetings with architects, interior designers and consultants.
• Select fixtures, create equipment schedules and verify circuiting loads.
• Supervise mock-ups, oversee installation, and direct final aiming and programming.
