SCT CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified architect or architectural technician in Singapore to prepare and review drawings, develop design details, and produce construction documentation.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure codes and regulations are met. The role supports planning, design development, and agency submissions, including tender preparation, material specifications, and cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.
• Knowledge of building codes and authority submission processes in Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD and other BIM/CAD software.
• Strong technical drawing and design documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, design details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure code compliance.
• Support project planning, design development, and agency submissions.
• Assist in tender preparation, material specifications, and cost estimation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks per project schedules.
