Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage project administration and liaise with contractors. The successful candidate will perform detailed architectural coordination tasks and must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM systems, with a strong background in Singapore's construction sector.

Job description

• Project administrations and architectural co-ordination which include preparation of floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door scheduling submission BIM systems and submissions
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all the technical requirements are met where applicable
• Must be experienced & proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk and hands on in Autodesk docs , Autodesk build will be given preference
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Architectural Coordination & at least 3 years must be in Singapore
