Job summary

GRID ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a drafting professional to support architectural projects. You will use AutoCAD and Revit to prepare drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure submissions meet requirements.

Fresh graduates are welcome. PRs and citizens only. Salary to be discussed based on experience. You will work both independently and in a project team, attending meetings and maintaining document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Architecture or related discipline
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiar with corenet submission procedure
• Knowledge of corenet X submission is an advantage
• Understanding of local authority code requirements
• Able to read and understand architectural and technical drawings
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and in a project team
• Relevant experience in architectural consultancy or construction environment an advantage
• Fresh graduates with drafting skills welcome
• Singapore PRs and Citizens only
• Salary: To be discussed based on experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural Revit models and submission drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Produce drawings based on design concepts, sketches and project requirements
• Amend and revise drawings per architects, consultants and project teams
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E and other consultant drawings; run clash detections
• Ensure drawings are accurate and properly dimensioned for submission
• Maintain filing, documentation and version control of drawings
• Assist project team with drawing-related documentation and coordination
• Attend project or coordination meetings as required
• Perform other drafting and project support duties assigned by the company
