Architectural Drafter

Work Location: Commonwealth Singapore

Working days - Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive record and organized filing system for drawings, plans, and submission documents.
• Develop architectural plans and details based on owner's requests and proposals.
• Ensure drawings comply with design and regulatory specifications.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE Higher NITEC in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Autocad & Revit skills.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset and high self-motivation.
• Adherence to tight project schedules with a commitment to high-quality work.
