Job description

Construction company requires an Architectural Drafter. The candidate must be able to coordinate and prepare architectural drawings for high-end residential projects and other construction-related activities. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience is required. The applicant must have the following:

1. Teamwork mindset
2. Liaising with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients
3. Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, including sub-contractors, and update the status of shop drawings, etc.
4. Compile and hand over architectural documentation and drawings, including as-built drawings submission for high-end residential projects.
