Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Discuss with clients regarding project scope, design concept, detailing, etc.
2. Liaise and meet with clients, consultants, project coordinators, contractors, suppliers, building management teams, and other related teams on various stages of interior fitting out works.
3. Prepare design concept perspectives, sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications, and details.
4. Assist in the submission of design and technical drawings or documentation, including preparing material boards and presenting to clients or management teams.
5. Brief and discuss with all related teams on proposed design intents and finishes, including following up on the amendments of drawings.
6. Perform any other duties that are required for the company to function effectively and maintain production of design standards.

Qualifications

1. Relevant Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
2. Possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective, hand-sketching, and knowledge of project management.
3. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience (preferred in Singapore) in commercial, offices, healthcare, and landed house projects.
4. Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, hardworking, creative, responsible, willing to learn, excellent interpersonal skills, and good communication skills.
5. Able to meet deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and good knowledge of construction drawings.
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, etc.
