Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space planning, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layout plans, and construction documentation.
• Work closely with the project and site team to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project timeline.
• Conduct site visits to verify design execution and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in design meetings, material selection, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
