Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Architect to provide technical leadership on architectural design matters and to guide the team in delivering solutions that meet client requirements.

The role involves business development participation, feasibility studies, and on-site oversight to ensure designs are built to plan. Candidates should have a Master's in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, and strong BIM skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit), Rhino, Adobe Suite and Escape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Hands-on, proactive and driven.
• Meticulous and able to organise work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on architectural design matters.
• Guide team members to optimise designs per client requirements.
• Participate in business development meetings to target markets and projects.
• Carry out architectural designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and present design proposals.
• Liaise with clients on project-relevant issues.
• Negotiate with contractors on design requirements and progress.
• Oversee on-site progress and ensure designs are built to plan; resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to meet standards.
• Manage projects/designs for 3-5 projects concurrently.
