Architectural Coordinator | Up to $4k | 5 Days | Jurong East

SGD 2,400 - SGD 4,000
Location: Near to Jurong East MRT
Working Day & Time: 5 Days (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and needs
2. Prepare, propose and present the designs and solutions to clients
3. Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs
4. Research on materials selections and perform products sourcing
5. Conduct on-site inspection and work closely with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced
6. Supervise work progress to ensure that projects are followed and completed within the schedule
7. Manage new and existing projects to achieve client's needs and project objective
8. Conduct site surveys & prepare site reports

Requirements:

1. Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent
2. Knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch-Up, 3D Max, V-ray and Microsoft Office
3. Able to read structural drawings and have project coordinating experience
4. With experience in architectural coordination or project management role
