A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks an Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural works and ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants while managing compliance with building codes and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience and proficiency in architectural design software like REVIT and AutoCAD.
Job Summary (General Nature / Objectives of the Job):
The Architectural Coordinator oversees architectural works, ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site. They coordinate between architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that construction complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
• Coordinate and review architectural drawings and documents.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors for design clarifications.
• Ensure design changes are communicated and implemented on-site.
• Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies.
• Support project management and provide technical input as required.

Experience Required:
• 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects is an advantage..
• Must be able to show experience in construction administration, document production and design experience.
• Must be proficient in REVIT with experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
