Our client, an establishedA1 Main Contractor, is looking for candidates for the position ofArchitectural Coordinator.

Job Role:

An Architectural Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural aspects of a project, ensuring it aligns with design intent, construction plans, and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).

• Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.

• Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.

• Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.

• Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.

• Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase.

• Rectify any technical and coordination issues that surface within the Project team and any related working partners.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent

• Min. 5 years’ experience in the Singapore Construction Industry preferred

• Well-versed in Autocad, Revit/BIM software in Architectural/ Structural/ MEP

• Able to coordinate & check Architectural, M&E and Structural workshop drawings

• Conversant with architectural trades
