Manage and support site coordination for architectural trades, ensuring seamless execution.
Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and Method of Statements.
Ensure construction work adheres to contract specifications and drawings.
Plan and schedule architectural work, coordinating with other disciplines.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and monitor the Quality Control (QC) plan in collaboration with the Quality and Service Department.
Handle procurement and monitoring of architectural-related materials.
Conduct inspections, trade demos, material testing, and mock-ups to ensure quality.
Ensure tiles and walls are installed according to the setting-out plan.
Verify variation orders (VOs) and prepare back charges where necessary.
Attend subcontractor meetings to discuss project progress.
Manage architectural material submissions, sample boards, trade demos, and ensure compliance with consultant feedback.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Architectural or related discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Willing and able to commit to a 6-day workweek (1 Saturday off per month).
Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high-quality standards, and minimal defects.
Projects available - MRT/LTA, Building or Industrial.
