• Manage documentation of consultant and shop drawings.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues within the project team.

Job description

• Lead and participate in the review and coordination of shop drawings and as‑built drawings across all disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractors.
• Review project specifications, shop drawings, and address technical clarifications.
• Prepare and track the progress of shop drawings and sample schedules in alignment with the procurement schedule.
• Oversee the submission and approval process for shop drawings and samples with consultants.
• Manage the distribution and documentation of consultant and shop drawings.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues within the project team and among external working partners.
