Job Title: Architectural Coordinator (ID6031)
Location: near Kent Ridge MRT
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8:30am -5:30pm
Basic Salary: $3900-$4800

Responsibilities:
• Attend daily, consultant, technical, and safety meetings, including Toolbox and Taiso exercises; participate actively in safety and housekeeping activities.
• Take off quantities for architectural works, assist Site QS, and verify measurements.
• Conduct site and safety inspections with RTO/RE, and maintain accurate daily records.
• Coordinate and review drawings, shop drawings, and sample submissions with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and Building Management.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, daily reports, and safety reports; manage RFIs, RFMs, and RFAs.
• Handle internal authority submissions and inspections (e.g., Coretrade, CONQUAS, Constructibility).
• Support AEI (Addition & Alteration) works

Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination works.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, building codes, and site safety practices.
