A leading construction company seeks a Project Coordinator to manage architectural works on site. The successful candidate will liaise with clients, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety compliance in residential building projects. A diploma or degree in Building Architecture with at least 2 years of local experience is required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
•Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
•Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
•Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
Handling technical and engineering problems on site
•Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
•Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the
execution of work
•Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
Job Requirements:
•Diploma / Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution
•Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects
