ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities

1. To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works
2. Lead in site coordination with all trades
3. To liaise with RTO for inspection
4. Prepare submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS
5. To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors
6. To ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings
7. Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers etc.
8. Procurement and monitoring of architectural related materials
9. To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up
10. To check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI (Achi)
11. Attend subcon meetings
12. Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters
13. Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
2. Relevant years of experience in building/construction trade
3. Graduates without experience are welcome
