JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the full spectrum of documentation and leading the team to deliver projects within specified milestones.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is not an exhaustive list of duties; you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organization and the overall business objectives.
- Coordinate the entire milestones and timelines for deliverables until project completion.
- Follow company policies on-site for setup and documentation control before project start for project manager approval.
- Lead Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), and architecture departments to produce coordinated drawings.
- Plan and follow critical milestone dates for major project areas.
- Ensure approval of shop drawings and materials by targeted dates.
- Ensure major items and details (waterproofing, doors, carpentry, marble, windows, timber flooring) are in good order.
- Work closely with the site operation team for project deliverability, considering long lead time items.
- Take full responsibility for drawings status and address major mistakes if any.
- Ensure departments have completion dates for shop drawing and material approval aligned with critical milestones.
- Conduct weekly workshops with subcontractors to address technical advice and site issues.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal departments for project deliverability.
- Review individual Structural, Architectural, and M&E shop drawings.
- Prepare Structural, Architectural, and M&E coordination drawings.
- Update shop drawing lists for Structural, Architectural, and M&E disciplines.
- Support the project team in shop drawing submissions.
- Utilize Revit for BIM modeling.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Building and Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and/or Institutional projects.
