The role involves reviewing project specifications, coordinating with various professionals, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Architecture and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design.

• Oversee all architectural works on site.

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.

• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.

• Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.

• Ensure GOOD quality of work is compliance with safety regulations.

• Meeting with clients, consultants, subcontractors

• Preparing of weekly report

• Preparing of work schedule

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): ms project, autocad, acad, ms office
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
