Responsibilities:

• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements
• Provide technical support and advice to the construction team, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building regulations
• Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and quality assurance activities
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry
