Job description

Summary:

One of the leading MNC main contractors in Singapore with over 40 years of experiences undertaking many Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Conservation & Asset Enhancement Projects, both in conventional Build-Only and Design and Build arrangements.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure architectural details align with project requirements and smooth implementation of architectural works.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, coordination meetings, resolve discrepancies and/or conflicts with stakeholders
• Ensure all work follows Singapores construction standards, including BCAs Code of Practice
• Prepare and submit necessary architectural-related documents and reports for regulatory approval
• Ensure proper documentation of architectural works, including as-built drawings, material submissions, and warranty documents
• Assist in project handover and defect rectification works before Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and final completion
• Attend meetings, tool box, taiso exercise and safety briefings

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field
• Min. 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination
• Knowledge of Singapore construction codes and standards
• Willing to work on-site and perform night duties when needed
