Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la supervision des travaux, ainsi que de la coordination avec divers intervenants, assurant qualité et conformité aux réglementations en matière de sécurité et d'environnement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la supervision des travaux architecturaux.
• Bonnes compétences communicatives et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Superviser et coordonner les travaux architecturaux et la documentation.
• Contrôler la qualité des travaux et s'assurer de la conformité aux normes de sécurité.

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers:

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations
• Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
