Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architect or equivalent
• 2 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
