Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Architect Coordinator in Singapore to lead architectural activities on building projects. You will ensure alignment with timelines, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors, and monitor progress to uphold design integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture and at least five years of site-based experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of five years of relevant practical experience in building works on Singapore building sites.

Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural activities and align with project timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project execution.
Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Manage scheduling from shop drawings to on-site implementation and handover.
Ensure architectural designs are correctly implemented on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with plans and regulatory requirements.
Address discrepancies between design and construction with solutions and recommendations.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including drawings and reports.
Provide updates to senior management on project status and issues.
