Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check architectural drawings for errors and coordination issues.
• Communicate with architects and engineers for clarifications.
• Ensure architectural works align with structural and M&E works.
• Verify works comply with approved drawings.
• Resolve design conflicts and technical queries.
• Prepare and submit documents for approvals.
• Ensure materials meet project standards.
• Track architectural works to meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in defect rectification and documentation.

Skills

Knowledgeable in basic Autocad software
