Job summary

The National University of Singapore seeks a capable professional to support architectural conservation research and the development and delivery of graduate programmes in architectural conservation. The role involves close collaboration with faculty, researchers and industry professionals on built heritage projects in Singapore and the region.

You will help coordinate conservation projects, support interdisciplinary research, shape curriculum, and assist teaching with graduate-level courses,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in architecture, architectural conservation, heritage management or a closely related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in architectural conservation research and project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and manage projects, including monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with academic, professional and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support architectural conservation projects undertaken by the Department of Architecture.
• Participate in interdisciplinary research projects, working closely with project directors and research teams to coordinate activities and achieve research objectives.
• Contribute to the planning, development and continuous improvement of graduate programmes in architectural conservation.
• Assist faculty members in delivering graduate-level courses, including classroom coordination, student consultations, feedback and assessment support.
