Job Description:
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Consultants, Project Manager, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Coordinate, monitor progress and ensure compliance of all Architectural trades on site
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements
- Lead the architectural coordination meetings; Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Assist in project handover, defect rectifications, and TOP preparation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / bachelors degree , or a related field.
- Freshers & experience welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation
- Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation
- Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
