Job description

Responsibilities :

• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
• Assist Project Manager and Project team in ensuring that works are carried out in accordance to schedule and relevant compliance regulations as well as projects/tasks as assigned.
• Attending to construction site co-ordination work and meetings, including all liaising with all parties for RTO inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.

Pre-Requisite:

• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience
• Knowledge of BIM will be an added advantage
• At least 3years of working experience in the relating field is required
• Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of works
• Team Player
