Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a skilled architect to lead design and delivery of residential projects. You will create innovative design solutions, prepare plans and documentation, and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure successful site execution.

The role requires strong CAD/3D modelling skills, knowledge of/building codes, and a meticulous, collaborative approach to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) from recognised institutions.
• Well-versed in design, CAD, and 3D modelling software and technologies.
• Demonstrates understanding of planning and building codes and regulations.
• Organised, meticulous, and analytical with a creative eye.
• Possesses sound industry knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in project works from inception to completion.
• Plan, design and implement residential projects.
• Create high-quality architectural designs and design solutions including drawings, specifications, and related materials.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and workers on design issues and site execution.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects meet contract terms and schedule.
• Attend project/technical/consultant meetings and assist with design competitions as required.

• Involvement in project works from inception to completion
• Responsible for planning, designing and implementing residential projects.
• Create innovative high-quality architectural designs and design solutions including conceptualization, preparation of plans/ graphics/ documentation/ write-ups, specifications and all other project related materials
• Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the site works
• Monitor project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule
• Attend project / technical / consultant meetings where required Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition

• Organised, meticulous, and analytical
• Creative with good aesthetic judgement
• Possesses sound industry knowledge
• Organised and enjoys problem-solving
