Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Experience in handling projects from concept to construction
• Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
• Conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
• Work closely with the project team in the coordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
• Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)
• Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
  
  

Requirements

• Recognized Architectural / Registerable with Board of Architects
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with entire project process including authorities submission & building code
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices
• Capacity to work in a challenging & fast paced environment
• Strong planning, organisational, supervision and project management skills
• Design oriented with a flair for creativity
• Familiar with Revit, Lumion, Rhino, SketchUp, Microsoft Projects, Photoshop, V-ray, etc.
