Job Responsibilities
- Experience in handling projects from concept to construction
- Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
- Conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues and regulations
- Work closely with the project team in the coordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
- Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract)
- Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice
Requirements
- Recognized Architectural / Registerable with Board of Architects
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with entire project process including authorities submission & building code
- Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices
- Capacity to work in a challenging & fast paced environment
- Strong planning, organisational, supervision and project management skills
- Design oriented with a flair for creativity
- Familiar with Revit, Lumion, Rhino, SketchUp, Microsoft Projects, Photoshop, V-ray, etc.
