Specific Responsibilities, Accountability & Authority:

1. Report to the Project Architect and liaise with the Senior Project Executive and Technicians.
2. Assist in daily executive tasks including design presentations, drawing production, project correspondence, and meeting minutes.
3. Liaise with suppliers' representatives regarding building specifications.
4. Report to the Project Architect on all design and technical matters.
5. Assist in conceptual and detailed design development.
6. Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings.
7. Assist the Senior Project Executive in preparing submission drawings and documents.
8. Assist the Project Architect with:

• Liaison with consultants.
• Site inspections.
• Attending consultants' and site meetings.
• Architectural coordination, organization, and preparation of construction documents and drawings.
• Drafting minutes of meetings, material specifications, and schedules of finishes.
• Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
